<liketuimages> <center>        </center> </liketuimages> |<center>Spanish</center>|<center>English</center>| |-|-| <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Saludos amigos de la comunidad <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" >SWC</a> buenas noches, hoy 7 de abril, d铆a lunes hice frecuencia uno en plancha, en qu茅 hice ejercicios y progresiones para la plancha y avanzar de progresi贸n, d贸nde antes hac铆a tuck, lo que me encargue de mejorar, haciendo combos, aguantes m谩s largos y presses, decid铆 avanzar de progresi贸n y reorganizarme, hice un calentamiento previo de 15 minutos, con flexiones y extensiones de mu帽ecas, flexiones, pino, comenc茅 con una tuck avanzada por 3 series aguantando mi m谩ximo de 7 segundos, en las otras series aplique un rir 1 para no acumular mucha fatiga, despu茅s en el segundo ejercicio hice press de tuck, de 4-6 repeticiones, aplicando el rir, con 3 series, despu茅s hice tuck super avanzada con goma, aplicando esa propiocepci贸n a la hora de realizar el movimiento para que el sistema nervioso se vaya adaptando y reconociendo el movimiento m谩s adelante, hice 3 series con rir 1, despu茅s hice ejercicios complementarios como lean en straddle para entender la colocaci贸n de la cadera o retroversion p茅lvica y acondicionando el cuerpo, por 煤ltimo termine haciendo dos series de 5 repeticiones de flexiones en pino y bueno, despu茅s de todo fue un gran d铆a compartiendo con mi grupo de entrenamiento, hay que seguir avanzando. 馃馃敟 # Bueno amigos espero que les hayan gustado estas fotograf铆as!
