Not because I had been given it as homework or anything, I simply went to the public library in my town in search of something to read to distract myself. Since homework wasn't weighing me down and it was more time spent being bored. Then among books of less than a thousand words I found a thicker one whose name I remembered from a chapter of Adventure Time This book was Momo.</center> >Por alguna razón estos días he estado escribiendo relacionado a la literatura y recordé una joya que había leído en mis días durante la secundaria. Algo un poco irónico en relación a lo que trataba la historia.</div></div> <div class="pull-left"><div class="text-justify">Since I could not take the book out of the library, I went every day without fail to the library to read it, I had it in a specific place away from other books so that I would not lose it and on the days the library was closed I waited impatiently for the next day to come. Este libro es una novela escrita por Michael Ende en 1973 en Alemania.</div></div> <div class="pull-left"><div class="text-justify">Momo is an orphan girl who has a very particular ability and it is the gift of listening, for many it may not be a big deal but really listening is a gift that few have. Thanks to this ability Momo gets many friends, but one day she can not find any of her friends and it is because someone has taken away their time, they are always busy and have lost every second of their lives. Momo with the help of very particular characters like Casiopea and Master Hora will have to help the inhabitants of the city to recover their time. This book is a novel written by Michael Ende in 1973 in Germany.</div></div> <center> [Font | Fuente](https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lLMnfiI4Ku0/Wmjrri2SGcI/AAAAAAAABrE/OtZ7XAAuuAMdgMubGyZUigiAIra24gpoQCLcBGAs/s1600/mmq.jpg)</center> # <div class="pull-right"><center>¿PORQUE ME HA GUSTADO ESTE LIBRO?</center></div> # <div class="pull-left"><center>WHY DID I LIKE THIS BOOK?</center></div> <div class="pull-left"><div class="text-justify">The narrative is very good and atmospheric, with a little imagination you can find yourself in each of the book's scenarios. It is a thought-provoking read for both children and adults and the story unfolds in a way that you don't expect what happens next. It makes you reflect on your daily life, the book treats time as if it were a kind of currency, there is even a time bank where our antagonists, the gray men, keep captive the time they have taken from people. It also talks about how the simple fact of listening to a person, whether they talk about their problems, something that happened to them or some fortunate event, can greatly improve their day or even their life. Among the other themes that I can take away as a lesson is that you don't need to be strong, important or famous to be a hero and that you never know where someone can come from to make a change in your life. And well maybe it leaves more, but really these are the ones I remember since I read the book a long time ago.</div></div> <center> [Font | Fuente](https://www.pexels.com/es-es/foto/hombre-verano-efecto-desenfocado-joven-6299995/)</center> # <div class="pull-right"><center>¿RECOMIENDO ESTE LIBRO?</center></div> # <div class="pull-left"><center>DO I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK?</center></div> <div class="pull-right"><div class="text-justify">La respuesta obvia es que sí, con los ojos cerrados. The obvious answer is yes, with my eyes closed. And I think it's perfect for a nice family reading session, or well, more like several sessions since it's very difficult to read it in a single day if you have other occupations. If you are looking for something to read to keep you distracted in this quarantine and you want a story that as it unfolds you get more and more caught up, then Momo is what you've been looking for.</div></div> <center> [Font | Funte](https://www.pexels.com/es-es/foto/mujer-y-nina-acostada-en-la-cama-mientras-sostiene-el-libro-3171116/)</center> <center>Traducido en DeepL.
