<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de jalón y empuje. Hoy comencé ciclo de fuerza, donde hago una semana donde enfoco mis entrenamientos a ejercicio que pueda realizar con mayor limpieza pero que me supongan un reto. Mi rutina en cuanto a plancha comenzó haciendo 2 intentos de full planch desde lean haciendo un aguante de 3 segundos. La verdad sentí un poco pesada está vez la plancha, más que en días anteriores. Luego pase a realizar half planch, presses y aguantes y finalicé con tuck adv y lean. La parte de plancha se me hizo un poco larga. En cuanto al front lever solo realice combos en half, debido al poco tiempo que tuve hoy, me dedique a realice la mayor cantidad de combos posibles en esta progresion, realizando pull ups, presses y aguantes, cuando me note cansado repetí el mismo proceso pero en tuck adv.
