whether i should still immerse myself in
her ways, or if letting go would be much
wiser, and he came back with a message,
told me not to hold the past so dearly.
now i occupy myself with others.
i hope i can just forget it all and
be free. i know she will be the death of
my soul, but if hidden i do keep it
from her, her effects won’t reach me.
