<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Saludos amigos de la comunidad <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" >SWC</a>, Espero tengan una semana productiva, estas son fotos de mi entrenamiento de front lever, una parada de manos y mi cubo de rubik.

Esta vez estuve entrenando mas que todo para solidez en el front lever.

#

Estare dos meses en reforzamiento de front lever para ya empezar a entrenar sus variantes y movimientos de poder del mismo.

#

La parada de manos ya es para complementar mi estimulo de hombros y la propiocepcion de mi cuerpo, esta rutina de front lever se basa cómo siempre en maxima efectividad, un tres por tres que nunca falla, tres series de tres ejercicios en base a efectividad.

#

Estos ejercicios se basan en front lever advance pull ups maxima efectividad, negativas de dragon flag a maxima efectividad y negativas de front con tranque a maxima efectividad.

¡Ah! Y el cubo de rubik es para distraer mi mente.

I will be two months in front lever reinforcement to start training its variants and power movements.
