Virtual Machines deployed in the South Central US Region can be more than 10% cheaper to run (depending on configuration) than the same machine deployed in regions like e.g., East US and West US.

# Proof
Here we see a  DS15_V2 sized virtual machine running up a $1,237.27 monthly tab in the South Central US region:

The same machine in the East US region has a much better view, and higher rent, with a monthly tab running $1378.63.

# So what does that buy me in terms of hash rate?
Well, if you really want to pay that much monthly, you will be seeing a hash rate of about ~104,000 hps with 20 cores running on top of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS image from the Azure Marketplace (for roughly $1.66 per hour).
