# Indian food has got to be one of my favourite.

This restaurant is called the Al-Asna Indian Restaurant located near town and is around a 5 minutes drive from my house. 

I spent a total of **USD 3.75 (MYR 15)** for the all the food I ate here today. This is for you to roughly get an idea of what things cost in retrospect.

This is the **chef**. I ordered 2 "Roti Cheese" , 1 "Thosai", 1 cup of sugarless Coffee with **Evaporated milk (known as KOPI C)** in Malaysia and one  **"Teh Tarik India"**. Teh Tarik India in English means Indian Pulling Tea. Then the Tea would have bubbles on top. 

The Indian chefs here are always quite impressive. He can flip those round dough into flat bread in mere seconds.

Other diners enjoying their food. This is a Muslim shop and Muslim shops are typically very clean **(This is in comparison with other restaurants that aren't in the premium category).**

This is my Roti Telur Cheese. Inside this the fillings are eggs and cheese. Then I usually get Dhall as my gravy which is mostly beans and veges, less oily too.

**The Thosai** 
The Thosai is made from fermented Rice which has been left to sit for around 6 hours and more. This is not always available and in this restaurant, only on weekends.

The Gravy - Free of charge and free flow.

The cup on the far end is the TEH TARIK INDIA which looks like bubbles were blown into the cup, but it's actually created by having the tea poured from two cups at a distance.

My wife enjoying here Teh Tarik India. 

I usually visit Indian Restaurants around once a week or every fortnight. There aren't many in my city.
