# Spanish

Hace unas semanas comencé a realizar clases extras en el gym, no solo hago ejercicios de fuerza (pesas), sino que además he estado practicando streching (estiramientos), son divinos.Comencé con una toalla y hoy estreno mi matt de yoga, dónde pronto practicaré también. 

Tengo muy claro que para hacer ejercicios no se necesita más que mi cuerpo y estar en el presente. Así que estoy muy agradecida por darme estos espacios de conexión cuerpo, mente y espíritu. 

Hay que regalarse siempre momentos de integración total. 

Seguimos en los retos creativos y desintoxicación.

A few weeks ago, I started taking extra classes at the gym. I don't just do strength training (weights), but I've also been practicing stretching, which is wonderful. I started with a towel, and today I'm breaking in my yoga mat, where I'll soon be practicing as well. 

I am very clear that to exercise, I need nothing more than my body and to be in the present. So I am very grateful for these spaces that connect my body, mind, and spirit.

We must always treat ourselves to moments of total integration.

We continue with the creative challenges and detoxification.
