Daily limits have been changed for LUV levels.

LUV Legend: 250 needed to share 10/day
Romeo and Juliet: 150 needed share 5/day
Cupid: 90 required to share 4/day
Connected: 50 required to share 3/day
Crush: 10 required to share 1/day

These are the same as the proposed numbers from a few weeks ago in "News flash 1", except for the LUV Legend level which has raised the bar for legend level.

The intent is to slow emission and thereby slow the use of Resource Credits.
