 Saludos, hoy voy a mostrar el proceso de elaboración de un estilo de anillos que hace unos años era el que más vendía, se trata de anillos ajustables con figuras de animales, entre esos está este con cara de oso panda.  <code>Parte de los diseños de anillos ajustables que hago con figuras</code> Este tipo de anillos ajustables con figuras surgieron porque veía que a las niñas, adolescentes y mujeres, me preguntaban por animalitos como gatos y perros, también veía que los pandas eran muy populares, así que saque estos modelos con aro ajustables para que pudieran moldearse al dedo de quien quisiera adquirirlo para uso propio o para regalo. Luego, para guiar mejor el proceso de abrir los agujeros del interior de la figura del panda, emplee un clavo que luego martille, así la fresa abre los huecos de forma más segura y exacta.  Se le abren los huecos en la parte interior del panda con la fresa de 0,75 mm utilizando el Dremel.  Con el arco de segueta y la sierra 2/0 se hace el corte de la parte interior.  Después corte la silueta exterior.  Le di vuelta a la pieza recortada, para esparcir la soldadura Harris para cobre, le di fuego con el soplete. Esta acción la hice en la piedra refractaria.  Corte rápido alambre de cobre, que había aplanado con martillo y yunque, está este pedazo debe tener unos 2 mm aproximadamente de alto y 1,2 mm de espesor, el largo aproximado es de 16 cm. Esta tira de cobre me servirá para hacer el aro del anillo ajustable.  En la lastra envolvemos el tramo de cobre para formar el aro del anillo... Antes hay que redondear y limar las puntas.  Con una pinza de joyería para soldar se sostiene el aro y sobre la figura del panda que ya tiene soldadura, luego con el soplete se procede a aplicar fuego para que suelden.  Una vez soldado se pone el ácido para que se le quite la capa de chamuscado a la superficie del anillo, luego se procede a lijar con las lijas 220, 360 y 400, quedando un resultado como el de la foto de arriba. Después se le da brillo en el motor de banco, la mopa de pulir y cera, esto con mucho cuidado de que el anillo salga volando.  Así quedó después que se le dio el baño de plata.  Decidí luego aplicar en los espacios huecos esmaltes de uñas de color negro, esto lo puse con cuidado y removí el exceso con un paño de algodón, así se logró rellenar estos espacios, igualmente espere un rato, con el mismo paño y removedor de esmalte quite el exceso. Below is a list of what I used to make the piece: * Jewelry saw cutting bow * Jewelry saw 2/0. * Brass sheet 0.75 mm. and 2 mm x 1.2 mm. copper strip. * Dremel. * 0.75 mm milling cutter to open the hole. * 3M sandpaper number 220, 360 and 400, with its sandpaper holder to be used in the Dremel. * Orca torch, soldering stone, Harris solder for copper. * Tweezers for soldering in jewelry. * Bench motor, polishing wax and mop. * Metal mandrel for rings. # PROCESS  I glued the panda figure to the sheet using glue stick, which for me simplifies gluing and peeling off the paper print, this is the method I recommend. Then, to better guide the process of opening the holes inside the panda figure, I used a nail which I then hammered, so the drill bit opens the holes more securely and accurately.  The holes on the inside of the panda are opened with the 0.75 mm drill using the Dremel.  With the arc saw and the 2/0 saw, the inner part is cut.  Then cut the outer silhouette.  I turned the cut out piece over, to spread the Harris solder for copper, and then I torched it with a blowtorch. I did this action on the refractory stone.  Quickly cut copper wire, which I had flattened with hammer and anvil, this piece should be about 2 mm high and 1.2 mm thick, the approximate length is 16 cm. This copper strip will serve me to make the ring of the adjustable ring.  We wrap the copper strip in the ballast to form the ring of the ring... The ends must first be rounded and filed.  With a soldering pliers we hold the ring and on the figure of the panda that already has solder, then with the torch we proceed to apply fire to solder.  Once welded the acid is applied to remove the scorched layer on the surface of the ring, then proceed to sand with sandpaper 220, 360 and 400, leaving a result like the photo above. Then we polish it with the bench motor, the polishing mop and wax, being very careful not to let the ring fly away.  This is how it looked after the silver plating.  I then decided to apply black nail polish in the hollow spaces, I put it carefully and removed the excess with a cotton cloth, so I managed to fill these spaces, also wait a while, with the same cloth and nail polish remover remove the excess.
