In Elliott Wave terms, NOIA began a red wave one advance on June 30. The red wave one (blue sub-waves i-ii-iii-iv-v) peaked on August 12 and the red wave two (blue sub-waves a-b-c) correction ended on September 20. If this wave count is correct, NOIA should be heading next towards the August 12 peak in the red wave three.
