There’s something fascinating about the difference between picture from mobile phone vs camera. While these days camera has bigger pixels and somehow produces cleaner result, the look and feel of camera produces different result. Perhaps it’s just me and my phone but with my camera, I think there’s “matte” look to the result and it looks more artsy than my phone. In certain color, they even evoke a certain emotion to it.

At first, I was skeptical if Black and White would actually look good on cats. Typically, we see animals in vivid colors. We want to see as much as details as possible but all these pictures in black and white and grayscale was pretty interesting. To me, there’s more in-depth to it and I think a shows more emotion. Like the first one for example, shows how bored the little kitten are. I typically love colors in my pictures too but this is one of my first time, I am exploring Black and White. It’s pretty unique and I think I can explore this more.
