<div class="text-justify"> Last week, I had another meeting with the @menulisid team. We had more attendees during this call. I was introduced to the rest of the teams (graphic designer, their social media manager, etc.)  Some topics were discussed, but the main thing is that we reviewed our proposal and tried to finalize our needs for online and offline events. TLDR, short and sweet version. - We expect around 150 attendees for the Hive webinar. Anyone on Hive can join, but they will be organized in Bahasa Indonesia (maybe some translations if available) - Offline events in January will feature a hive booth where people can ask questions about Hive, its communities, and how to join. - Our target audience includes professionals, writers, journalists, aspiring writers, and tech and crypto enthusiasts in the region. - So far, we have accumulated approximately $20, which is the HBD and HP combined earned from this post [Bridging Hive and Creativity in Indonesia](https://peakd.com/hive-174578/@macchiata/bridging-hive-and-creativity-in-indonesia)( Big thanks to everyone who upvoted)<sub>I have converted the HP to HBD </sub> - @menulisid is starting to post their introduction on Hive (they still need much coaching to do) Give them a warm welcome😆 - We drew up this project management calendar, which we have tried to follow strictly.   - After both offline and online events are over, I'll also host more follow-up sessions to share what I know about Hive and help them in case they need more help with familiarizing themselves with hive environment & - After the call, I offered the rest of the team a hive account. One person has shown interest but hasn't yet introduced themselves ( I should do a follow-up) - There will be a cross-contest from Menulisid x Hive ( their theme potentially is about Hive). This needs to be discussed more. - I also reassured them during the call that Hive isn't a scam or pyramid scheme. I had to show my account and other established accounts in the community. - At my own expense, I tried promoting this initiative using @peakd promotion feature and this post is also using the promoted feature. So If you click on tags #hive, you could see this post too 😊  Anywho, there were more than five people during the call, and I had to explain to the rest of the team what Hive is once again. My skills have become slightly rusty, but I am getting the hang of things again. Typically, when I talk to someone one-on-one, it's much easier to guide them through the process, but with more crowds, it takes a while. Through that experience, I learned some lessons and potential questions that might come up. As I went through this process, I learned insights into PreSales engineering, which I am now applying to this project. However, during the call, some aspects didn't come across as effectively as they could have, and I hope to improve that for our next meeting. This week, I was focused on research—gathering data, analyzing the market, and figuring out what to include in the presentation. For example, while we can draw comparisons with a web2 platform like Medium, there's Publish0x that offers similar services in the blockchain, which allows me to compare and contrast with Hive directly. I am also including more topics because Hive is an massive ecosystem, and there's more than just earning crypto for publishing and reading/engaging. There are various activities like games and NFT space that these creatives could expand and become more familiar with. After the call session, I offered any attendees who might want to create an account. I guided them through the process but had to explain the purpose of keys and passwords, which I think are very important. I didn't have my usual introduction samples at the time, but I showed some from the @ocdb compilation that they could refer to. I promised them that by the next meeting, I would have a comprehensive guide from creating an account to publishing their first introduction, along with some tips. I've been working with @lovesniper since its inception. So, I have some sources, but some of them could use an update.
