0.000 HBDYou gave a good point with exercising. I am on 3 months challenge going to the gym and so far, has been interesting experience. I talk to people at the gym and many of them said, time is always the problem but actually, it doesn't have to be that way. There are days when I just exercise for 50 minutes despite I plan on doing it for an hour a day. Just like you said, consistency is the key building habits.
