# Have you ever walked about 16km in a day?

After walking that long, I haven’t even recovered. On top of that, I still had to move around. By now, I remember that I should have been back home, instead nomading in Bali. I can tell you as much that it loses its charm on me. Why do people go to Bali? Is it the beach? I had enough of the beach. I literally camped from 4 days 3 nights in front of the ocean, a beautiful one. And now that I live next to the beach, I really have enough and won’t go to the beach unless someone asks me to. Another part is the boredom creeping up on me. My life essentially is no different than back home, the only difference is that I live on another island. When a lot of people think this island is so beautiful, my experience thus far has really been jaded. Perhaps that’s because of my exhaustion or something else but I hope this won’t go really long because it would suck being on one of the beautiful islands in the country but with an awful experience.

Anyway, the other day I met @firayumni. She’s really nice and I think we get along pretty well(hope she thinks the same). We spent the time at a place called “coffee shop berawa”. I got a problem upon entering though because I can’t open the door. Then, the waiter was like, “ now, I have to call the engineer” in a rude way. But apparently, she doesn’t have to because the door was easily closed down. So much has changed since I last visited Canggu and around. Mostly everything is more connected and easier to navigate than in the past. Gojek and Grab are allowed to roam around the place. One of the drivers told me that as long as I am local that would be fine because these drivers often target the foreigners who wouldn’t mind paying a lot for even a shorter ride. Even at that point, I was still too tired to think about what to do in Bali. I am mostly going to catch up with my blog, compilations, and other stuff that I have to attend. I’ve not been really functional since I landed in Bali but shortly, I will. So, you will be seeing me around commenting and back active on hive!
