I never thought I could get a decent meal with just 0.38 hive but apparently, in some parts of Indonesia, such as East Java where I am currently traveling, with that much hive, you can get a nice meal of meatballs along with its soup and crackers. I found this out the other day, my mother took me to a meatball place that’s known for its cheaper price and actually tasted decent. Compared to the last meatball I had which cost me 3$/person or around 2.5 Hive, this meatball was way indeed way cheaper. The taste was similar, both are decent and is located at *warung*, Indonesian humble food stall. I find Indonesia to be interesting as the economic inequality is high. The prices vary depending on the province and your lifestyle. Outside of Java, prices are generally way higher and hence, things are more expensive. Even within java, the minimum wage varies from one city to another where I found the lowest was 95 Hive or equivalent of 1.500.000 IDR but the highest is around 320 hive or equivalent of 5.000.000 IDR. The current inflation rate in the country per january 2022 is 2.18 and seems to be increasing by month according to Indonesia's Central Bank [Inflation data](https://www.bi.go.id/en/statistik/indikator/data-inflasi.aspx).
