 Feeling a little sickly today. Must have brought back a bug from my Oklahoma/Texas trip. Still, this was a good workout.  (15-25 rep goal) -Chest Press 26x300 (blk) diminishing range of motion to fatigue -Split squats 19x80 (lt gry) to fatigue diminishing range of motion -Shoulder Press 17x80 (lt gry) diminishing range of motion to fatigue -Tricep press 17x240 (dk gry) diminishing range of motion to fatigue
