I finished the last pull day for this week. It was a great workout. I continued to use the drag curls for today’s routine. I can certainly get more reps with a higher band using this method. I feel like I get a great workout in my biceps but enjoy the motion much better than when I isolate the bicep for the curl by immobilizing my elbow. 
For the first time, I used an underhanded hold for the bent row. I think I got more reps this way. Also, it works my grip slightly differently so that I had a little bit more grip for my final exercise, the deadlifts.

Reps (goal 15-25)
-Bicep Curls  40x120 (dk gry) diminishing range to fatigue
-Calf Raises 34x240 (dk gry) diminishing range to fatigue 
-Bent Row 25x160 (lt gry) diminishing range to fatigue underhand
-DeadLift is 20x240 (dk gry) diminishing range to fatigue
-Pull aparts 60 seconds x80 (lt gry)

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 60." It is my goal to build a community of like-minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling, 
-Elliptical exercises
-Frequent resistance training  (#x3bar) and 
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements of my fitness plan.
