The last pull day of the week. I had yesterday off too. I watched my grandchildren from 7:30 AM until mid afternoon. I just have no discipline, notice I did not say motivation, to workout after I’ve eaten anything (I had an avocado while my grandkids ate pizza.) Got after it today though.
Felt great!

PS. I have been doing a pull apart stretch for probably six months now. It may be anecdotal, but I think it has almost completely healed an impingement in my shoulders.

Reps (goal 15-25)
-Bicep Curls  40x100 (elite) drag  20 (lt gry) traditional -diminishing range to fatigue
-Calf Raises 40x300 (blk) diminishing range to fatigue (straps)
-Bent Row 30x160 (lt gry) diminishing range to fatigue underhand
-DeadLift is 20x300 (blk) diminishing range to fatigue (straps)
-Pull aparts 60 secondsx80 stretch (lt gry)

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 60." It is my goal to build a community of like-minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling, 
-Elliptical exercises
-Frequent resistance training  (#x3bar) and 
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements of my fitness plan.
