A good leader doesn't have to know everything but a good trait is to be able to either figure it out or find a solution.

I was a kitchen manager for several years and from my experience I spent a lot of time being a problem solver.  Being a leader in a kitchen you need to have experience and be able to think fast on the go, and that means rolling up your sleeves and jumping in the action.  I was in most cases pretty well taken as a manager because I would lead by example and actually work with everyone to help and teach them to be as good as they could be.

I believe having a business online works somewhat the same way in that you need to be doing the work yourself that you are trying to get your team to do.  I was never a fan of the saying "Do as I say not as I do".  You get much more respect and by showing your work and progress you will get followers seeing your lead and start taking action.  

Questions are going to be asked so like in any other business you still need to be a problem solver.  I am old enough to remember when there was no internet much less smart phones, I am quick to go to google university and search out what ever I kind find on anything I don't know how to do.  You can't always get the exact answers you are looking for so it is nice to have people who you can ask questions from time to time.  I find if I can figure it out on my own then I will remember it better next time but I do understand not everyone is good with the internet and normally try to do what I can to help out.

Technology is pretty amazing these days being able to connect with people all over the World and help them with Business or crypto, I couldn't imagine as a child being able to do all this.  With all the information online there is no reason why anyone can't put in some time and research to be the best at what ever your desire is.  Basically anyone can become a leader and a problem solver if you just put in the effort and don't wait for someone to give you everything.  People will follow you if they get to Know, Like and Trust you and one of the best ways of doing this is by leading by example.
