It has Disney University Orlando that gives all hired people a three-day program to prepare the Disney way of doing things. This is very important in the integration and growth strategies, since more than 70% of the people and visited in the park. New employees learn the Disney language, providing visitors with an experience similar to that of a movie, when employees are cast members and while they work they are on the scene and guests are invited.</div>
