 # *Hello my fellow Architecture+Design lovers,*  *How are you Hivers? I really believe that you are doing very well in second week of April month. These days are a festive period in Sri Lanka. Since the Sinhala and Tamil New Year is celebrated on April 14, many Sri Lankans have been preparing for this event since the end of last month. Since the Sinhala and Tamil New Year is a cultural event that involves many rituals, both children and adults are preparing for it. Since cultural foods and new clothes are used for this event, clothing stores and food stalls in every city in Sri Lanka make more sales these days. For this, they provide more beautiful decorations and valuable discounts inside the stores in order to attract customers. Therefore, although the competition between stores increases, it is a time when each store gets more profit. So, I went to the LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd store to get some materials needed for my home. I will present some of the aspects that I observed there in this content.*   *The exterior architecture of LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd is truly remarkable. It is notable that the window and door frames are similar to those of a mosque. The upper floors are covered with glass and are visible from the outside, and most of the parts are not exposed to the outside. Various patterns have been used for the exterior walls. What impressed me more than the interior of LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd was the shapes I saw from the outside.*   *LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd. has a very advantageous situation where different items are packed separately. Displaying different prices on different shelves with different sizes is a really advantageous situation. LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd. has a large number of shelves made of iron installed on the tiled floor to prevent possible damage from tipping. Seeing plastic items in different colors added a feeling of entering a bright world. The colorful environment adds more value to the surroundings.*   *LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd has many lights installed inside. The walls are painted white, which adds more brightness. The combination of white colors enhances the colorful surroundings. Even some dark places are illuminated with lights due to the white walls.*   *In architecture, the interior design of a store holds a high place. LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd also displayed different items in different zones. It serves the convenience of the customers. Bikes suitable for small children to play with were packed in a high shelf in different colors and sizes to keep them away from small children. It is a successful strategy. Since these are sold at a high price, it is really more appropriate to keep them in a high place.*    *The floor of LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd was covered with white ceramic tiles. This was a successful design to reflect the brightness inside the store. The shelves also provided customers with the opportunity to easily choose the types of pillows needed for the bedrooms. I saw how these were sold in large quantities because they were made of stuffing. The way plastic items are placed in other plastic containers is charming. Even if someone is not ready to buy a plastic item, this attractive interior design can tempt them to buy it.*    *At LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd, glass and aluminum products are seen packed separately on the same floor as plastic products. The prices of these are displayed separately, which allows customers to buy products that suit their budget. Since the prices are displayed in numerical order, even a foreigner can get a rough idea without asking an employee of the company. No matter how many shelves and products are packed, there is space to move around. It is an essential factor for the development of a trading institution.*    *Small stairs are seen to walk between floors of LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd. The handrails of these are made of stainless steel wires to minimize the risk. Plastic pots used to hang flowers in houses were near the stairs. The most unique feature seen in the LGJ Trades (pvt) Ltd shopping complex was the proper maintenance and maintaining a clean environment.
