# ***Hello Everyone,***

Welcome to my channel. Yesterday night I was very busy with my friend's Xmas celebration party. Both of us talked lot of things about increase our engagement. He doesn't had any experience about steem blockchain. But he has biggest experience about engagement with working his career life. So he instructed me how to support each others with my busy working schedule. After long discussion I've decided to delegate my extra 1k SP's to manual curation communities (Steem related supporting). Especially very first time I delegated 100 Sp to palnkton and I'll find another plankton who're make quality content on steem platform for delegate another my 100 SP without conditions.
I personally don't like to auto curation. But lot of quality content creator's be part of there. It doesn't matter. I talked some of my steem plans here.
