They had like. It help desk and we head off team members who the office was their escape working from home was more or less than deep into into what you call depression because I mean, office was an escape for them, but just the the mere fact that they had an environment to speak and hear other people who had the same concerns. It helps. So sometimes this stubbornness doesn't come from Oh, I hate my organization," but rather that I'm not being hurt. I don't feel I belong. 


I don't feel that I'm a part of this organisation, and as a human being, we always if you find somebody who's giving you attention, what will happen who draw close to that person. So as an employee too, I also feel that way. I. I want to be heard. I want to own my span of, you know, influence within the organisation. I want to feel that when the organisation comes to a crunch, they will call me and we'll get things done. I want to feel that way. 


But where I don't get that sense, that's when you start to hear complaints. And you know the beauty about these complaints that misery always has followers. So the moment you start complaining.
