When I entered the University, I had nowhere to stay and no one to stay with. I was in a land where I knew no-one and I missed hostel accommodation, so for sometimes I slept in classes, using that as an opportunity for night class. 
Today as nominated by @annieben, I want to be thankful for shelter. 
Now I have a roof over my head, I sleep when I want to and wake up when I want to with no disturbance, 
I'm thankful for the fact that I found friendship in an unknown land with no single relations around. 
This I'm thankful for. 

So today I nominate @keme to take up this challenge.
