In this series of lessons, we are going to code our first HTML5 / Javascript game, using the Phaser library.

In the first lesson we learned to import the Phaser library and set up the dimensions of our level. We also explained the three main functions that will make up our game.

In this lesson, to start off we will load some images into the game, and give them each a name for future referral. We then insert each image as sprites onto our level as either a tiled background or as a player sprite to specified coordinates.
