- What feature(s) did you add?

On My Steemit Friends, you can now view the ranking table showing total $ amount contributed by all of your contributors towards your articles (including curator and author payout), throughout the entire history of Steemit.

Simply type your username onto the main page located at http://mysteemitfriends.online/, and click the orange "Contributors" button.

You will be taken to a new page with your ranking already loaded.

You can also type another username into the textbox on this page and click "Show Top Contributors" to see an updated ranking.

<a href="https://github.com/Bulletproofmonk/MySteemitFriends/blob/master/contributors.php">contributors.php</a>: Firstly the username of the steemit author is retrieved from the URL using PHP and stored in a variable. This variable is sanitized using filter_var and then the value of the variable is bound to the prepared SQL statement to find the rshares contributed by each voter, for each article. The amount of rshares contributed is divided by the total rshares of each article, and then divided by the total payout of each article (including author and curator payout), to give the amount contributed towards that article. All of these individual amounts contributed is totaled for each other and then displayed in descending order in the ranking table.
