My Breakfast for today with One Medium size bowl of Ragi malt (Ragi java) , 3 Eggs and 1 Banana. Easy to prepare , easy to eat and easy to digest. -  It is Good to have at least 1 banana and 1 or 2 eggs in your daily breakfast/meal.  <h4><b> Ragi Malt: </b> </h4> It is one of the most nutritious and healthy food.
