Gaspar is a small well-kept secret, the doors of the place have curtains and from the outside, it doesn't even look like its open! no other restaurant in Spain acts like this and yet Gaspar is always full! (although it doesn't look full in my interior foto, that's just because we were the last ones in the lunch service, it was packed before that). The reason why this place is always full is the food quality, it's always super tasty and very reasonably priced.

The first plate, delicious avocado tomato, and mozzarella salad, what makes this dish great is the quality of the tomatoes and avocado plus the dressing!

Next, we had meatballs covered in a delicious sauce with potatoes chips on top, just super tasty.

lastly, we had a 1/4 slow roasted chicken roasted in a lemon sauce with tomato and homemade chips. so good!
