 ***Hello steemitians!*** Hope you all are well and happy! We all love to do shopping, don't we! It is always a pleasure to watch and buy new cloths and other accessories like shoes, belts, sun glasses, caps and also various beauty solutions for girls! The fragrance of the brand new cloths make us all feel premium. We, in India, generally go to malls, super markets or branded shops for marketing. **Durga Puja** celebration is our most shouted festival, just like chirstmas in USA! And right now all are preparing themselves for this upcoming ceremony which is starting from this 16th october. 😃😊 Now, wouldn't it be too great if the experience of shooping gets a little boosted up by a unique experience?  Let me introduce you **The Floating Market**! A creative and unique approach by the KMDA of Kolkata city. They have made an awesome market on the lake of Patuli block. The market has been made recently On A lake full of wooden boats and each boat contains a beautiful shop in it. There are over hundreds of boats and litterelly everything is available in this market. From groceries to farm fresh vegetables, from cloths to verious fast foods.... All can be found easily in this **fabulus floating market!**  As our most shouted celebration of the year is coming.. Lots of people are coming for shopping from every corner of the State. Thay are really enjoying doing shopping in here. Also they are getting carried away with a little hang out. The fast food stalls are also here so that your tastebuds and tummy can also enjoy the outing!  This is one of our most popular Indian fast food. It goes by the name **Fuchka** or **panipuri**! It tastes spicy with a touch of sourness. Its a small fried ball made of wheat which is empty at it's core like a hollow ball. A mixture of **potato smash** and **various spices** and **onion, peas and Bengal gram** are put into it, then it is being poured in **Tamarind water** and then served to the customers. Believe me, its a very tasty **pure veg** food! In the picture, The aunty is preparing those for me which I have enjoyed very much. 😋  This is a **Jute shop** with varoius kind of hand made things like **small and big vanity bags, purses, mobile and coin holders, shopping bags and midum luggage bags** which are being made using Jute fibers. Jute bags are very popular in India. They are a good alternative to plastic and fiber bags and are **100% eco friendly.**  Its a side view of the lake market. The market is actually much bigger than what this picture is showing. I already have said that there are over 100+ shops and we can roam around every one of them easily by using those wooden bridges.   Hope you have enjoyed the unique market. Soory, due to some unavoidable reason I didn't get the chance to roam around every corner of it. Also, it was evening when I was shooting the pictures. So it's a little hazy and not so clear. I have to admit that Mobile cameras are not good at shooting pictures at night 😅. I have edited a lot to make the pictures more visible. Hope I will make a tour again soon in here in day time so that I can capture more clear and crispy photos.
