Bumble type bee making the rounds on the newly emerged Purple Deadnettle. Purple Deadnettle is one of the first plants to jump out pf the ground on the first warm days. A weed that forms a ground cover. (Lamium purpureum) in the mint family. 
Gets it's name with a similar leave of the stinging nettle, but has no sting so is dead. 

Edible, used in salads and soups.
