### **Reflection Hunters Contest - Round 214**</center>

After several months of heat and drought, and finally after several cloudy days, yesterday Monday dawned with rain, and it looks like this week will be a rainy one according to local weather forecasts.

It was not the first rain of the year, but it was the most intense and prolonged, which presages the beginning of the rainy season in the country, which extends from May until the end of October or early November, or at least that's how it used to be before.

Taking advantage of the presence of puddles of water on the pavement of the streets and avenues of the city, I took some photos of the reflections I found during the day in order to share them in this new round of the Reflection Hunters Contest.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

> *Luego de varios meses de calor y sequía, y finalmente después de varios días nublados, ayer lunes amaneció lloviendo, y al parecer esta semana será de lluvias de acuerdo a los pronósticos meteorológicos locales.*

> *No fué la primera lluvia del año, pero sí la más intensa y prolongada, lo cual presagia el inicio de la temporada de lluvias en el país, la cual se extiende desde Mayo hasta finales de Octubre o principios de Noviembre, o al menos así solía ser antes.*

> *Aprovechando la presencia de charcos de agua en el pavimento de las calles y avenidas de la ciudad, tomé algunas fotos de los reflejos que encontré en el día con la finalidad de compartirlos en esta nueva ronda del Reflection Hunters Contest.*

> *Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.*</div>
