FRIED PICKLES IN JAPANESE.

Fresh cucumbers – 3 PCs.<br>
Garlic – 2 cloves.<br>
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp<br>
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp<br>
Vinegar - 1 tsp.<br>
Salt, red pepper – to taste.<br>
 Method of preparation<br>
1. Cucumbers my, cut into strips.<br>
