The architects designed a second house in a mountainous area for a family living in the city.
This area is designated a heavy snowfall area, so they designed a structural system on stilts to protect the house from the snow. The house is two blocks; one sheltering the living spaces and the other the water features. The blocks are connected by a bridge offering the owners a moment of contemplation of the natural environment. This project, as its name suggests, evolves over time, it took a full year to experience the entire process. The wood and glass have been widely used for the design of the house, offering the whole a good integration into its environment. The choice of a house on stilts also minimizes the footprint.
