Good morning GEEK ZONE community, I come with a problem that occurred in a HP LAPTOP we can always have the basic knowledge or logic of what are the basic steps we must do to format a computer, but each formatting is a new experience that we must face and know. For later if we have this inconvenience try to solve it. This laptop came to me from a friend that her husband felt that her computer was very slow and needed to format it, to start this process she asked herself what was wrong with the computer and if she needed a backup of the information. 

>Buenos días comunidad de GEEK ZONE, vengo con un problema que se presentó en un LAPTOP HP siempre podemos tener los conocimientos básicos o la lógica de cuáles son los pasos básicos  que debemos hacer para formatear un computador, pero cada formateo es una experiencia nueva que nos debemos enfrentar y conocer. Para posteriormente si se nos presenta este inconveniente tratar de solucionarlo. Esta laptop me llego de una amiga que su esposo sentía que estaba muy lenta su equipo y requería formatearlo, para iniciar este proceso se preguntó que pasaba con el equipo y si requería un respaldo de la información.

The most important thing when formatting a computer is to back up the information, this was one of the main problems, that is why a technician charges for these services because it must be done properly to not lose any customer information. This laptop has a 500GB hard disk in which the client had a total of 280GB information, when we do this process the ideal is to make a partition of the hard disk divide it into 2 parts I put one of the partitions the name BACKUP to know where the information is when I start the format. But this computer has a large amount of information and I can't make the partition because I don't have enough space.

The first problem was this has a lot of information, when we have this problem we have an option to find an external hard drive with available space and backup information.  When turning on the equipment I could notice that it had 3 ANTIVIRUS this instead of bringing benefits what we do is to damage the operating system and to put it slower, it is like having 3 dogs and to throw a piece of chicken these dogs are going to fight between if it is what happens when we have several ANTIVIRUS in an equipment. For experience we should only have 1 so that it carries out its function adequately. 


>Lo más importante al formatear un equipo es respaldar la información, este fue uno de los principales inconvenientes,  es por eso que un técnico cobra por hacer estos servicios  ya que debe realizarlo de manera adecuada para no perder ninguna información del cliente. Esta laptop tiene un disco duro de 500GB en el cual el cliente tenía un total de 280GB información, cuando hacemos este proceso lo ideal es realizar una partición del disco duro dividirlo en 2 partes yo coloco una de las particiones el nombre RESPALDO para saber dónde está la información cuando inicio el formato. Pero este equipo tiene gran cantidad de información no se puede realizar la partición por no contar con el  espacio suficiente.

>El primer problema fue este tiene mucha cantidad de información, cuando se nos presenta este inconveniente tenemos una opción buscar un disco duro externo con espacio  disponible  y respaldar información.  Al encender el equipo pude notar que tenía 3 ANTIVIRUS  esto en vez de traer beneficios lo que hacemos es perjudicar el sistema operativo y ponerlo más lento, es como tener 3 perros y lanzar un pedazo de pollo estos perros van pelear entre si es lo que sucede cuando tenemos varios ANTIVIRUS en un equipo. Por experiencia solo debemos tener  1 para que realice su función adecuadamente.

As a next step to have the information backed up, I started to perform the formatting and it was impossible to do this is the most important part of the content pay attention to these suggestions I made to resolve this situation. BOOT of a computer can vary depending on the manufacturer these HP computers have a RECOVERY but this computer already had a mini os operating system and it had been deleted by formatting and removing its original operating system we lose this option, as advice we know that it is important to leave it is not advisable to remove it in case these problems occur. 

>Como siguiente paso al tener la información respaldada, empecé a realizar el formateo y fue imposible de hacerlo esta es la parte más importante del contenido prestar atención a estas sugerencias  que realice para solventar esta situación. BOOT de un equipo puede variar dependiendo del fabricante estos equipos HP tienen un RECOVERY pero ya este equipo tenía un sistema operativo mini os y se lo habían borrado al formatear y quitarle su sistema operativo original perdemos esta opción, como consejo sabemos que es importante dejarla no es recomendable quitarlo por si sucede estos problemas.

I wonder what the problem is this team when you start the system to format gave a ARTIFACTS, ie not advance and not let format this computer, I thought it was the RAM, also I did wrong the BOOT Windows, but the team was working well an error that was the RAM, and BOOT formats I have several tested in new and old computers work well only in this gave error.  Discarded this the problem is the BIOS of the computer should update, but this is a risk that I would not assume because if you do it wrong or is not adequate I can damage the equipment and the customer will not understand. To improve the performance of the equipment I eliminated the ANTIVIRUS only put the one of Windows that brings original, defragment the hard disk as second step, eliminate the garbage files.  As conclusion we must leave to the original equipment HP its original operating system, because the manufacturer always works with the one that brings of factory.  To risk a team to make a BIOS is complicated we can damage and then we must pay us because it can say to me you damaged it and it is in its right the important thing is to give a solution and this one was the most suitable. 

>Se preguntaran cual es problema este equipo cuando inicia el sistema para formatear daba un ARTIFACTS, es decir no avanza y no deja formatear este equipo, pensé que era la memoria RAM, también que hice mal el BOOT del Windows, pero el equipo estaba funcionando bien un error que fuese la RAM, y los formatos del BOOT tengo varios probados en equipos nuevos y viejos funcionan bien solo en esta daba error.  Descartado esto el problema es la BIOS del equipo debía actualizar, pero esto es arriesgo que no iba asumir porque si lo haces mal o no es el adecuado puedo dañar el equipo y el cliente no lo va entender. Para mejorar el equipo su rendimiento elimine los ANTIVIRUS solo coloque el de Windows que trae original,  desfragmentar disco duro como segundo paso, eliminar los archivos basuras.  Como conclusión debemos dejar a los equipos originales HP su sistema operativo original, porque el fabricante siempre trabaja con el que trae de fábrica.  Arriesgar un equipo a realizar una BIOS es complicado podemos dañar y luego debemos pagarla nosotros porque puede decir me la dañase tú y está en su derecho lo importante es darle una solución y esta fue la más adecuada.
