Hello there!, Here I am again @markjason for another #cooking-lesson recipe, and for my today's lesson I will cook another fried rice recipe for you.. #### FOR TODAY'S COOKING LESSON I WILL COOK JAVA FRIED RICE. > my third recipe for my #cooking-lesson project.. #### SO LET'S GET THE COOKING STARTED ^^ # Before we start the cooking we need to make sure that the ingridients and preparations needed to our recipe are all complete. ## JAVA FRIED RICE #### INGRIDIENTS - ##### cooked rice(cold) 2 cups - ##### tomato sauce 4 spoon - ##### egg 1 pc - ##### cabbage - ##### chopped garlic - ##### onion - ##### onion leeks - ##### cooking oil or butter - ##### ham(optional) - ##### salt 1/4 teaspoon - ##### MSG 1/4 teaspoon(optional) ### PROCEDURE First we need to preheat pan(medium heat) then put 2 spoon of cooking oil or butter then we need to put chopped garlic and saute the garlic until it became golden brown... then put all the vegetable ingridients in the pan and saute it for 1 minute... https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcLJZddoS5xwWw4daQPiUqfapwYZfc5kY58rKYCUF5qMh/20191019_021717.jpg then add egg and keep on mixing it for another 1 minute. then we need to put 2 cups of rice together with ham then add 3-4 spoon of tomato sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of salt you can also put small amount of MSG if you want to then keep on mixing all the ingridients and cook for 2-3 minutes until the color of the fried rice becomes orange (make sure that the color is equal).. then our java fried rice is done and ready to be serve, very easy right? Lol then I put the java fried rice in the plate but I found the fried rice looking boring. so I decided to add fried egg and garnished it with sliced onion leaks to make the looks more appealing and delicious to eat, looking better isn't it? Haha and it's really done and ready to be serve.. I love cooking fried rice because it is really easy you will not spend lot of time on preparations and cooking, it is also practical, imagine you can use the leftover rice from your last night dinner and lastly it is also a flexible type of food to cook because you can add or remove some of its ingridients depending on what you like or what's available in your kitchen.. so why don't you try cooking fried rice Lol.. ^^ **Thank you for you time spent reading this content hope you enjoyed..** ___ This is my third #cooking-lesson recipe so if you ever missed my previous recipes you can check it here: [COOKING LESSON NO. 1, LET'S COOK KIMCHI FRIED RICE](https://steemit.com/cooking-lesson/@markjason/cooking-lesson-let-s-cook-kimchi-fried-rice) [COOKING LESSON NO. 2, LET'S COOK JAPCHAE NOODLES](https://steemit.com/cooking-lesson/@markjason/cooking-lesson-no-2-let-s-cook-japchae-noodles-a-popular-korean-dish) ___ ___ <div class="pull-right"> Thats all for now and thanks for dropping by..
