And this week we have two questions I would like to address first of all many cafes near us that have gardens and which are really beautiful. They use plastic plants and flowers That makes me really sad They probably don't want to take care of them But there are two places that I visited, cafe-restaurant Both are located in the Fruška Gora National Park .Why do I emphasize the gardens here? Well, they are located in a national park, the nature is simply beautiful. I didn't take pictures of the cafes themselves, lots of people sitting drinking coffee or having lunch. I didn't want to disturb their privacy But I wrote about those places in previous posts [Nacional Park Fruska Gora](https://peakd.com/hive-194913/@markone85/love-fruska-gora-national-park) [//]:# (!worldmappin 45.15142 lat 19.83901 long ,,Na Vencu,, d3scr) [Strazilovo](https://peakd.com/hive-194913/@markone85/strazilovo-guard-or-guards) [//]:# (!worldmappin 45.16871 lat 19.91727 long Strazilovo, Brankov Cardak d3scr) I also make tea and juice from plants from the garden In addition to the dandelion, which I have already written about, so I don't want to repeat myself, in April we will have a few more plants from which we can make tea or juice. The dandelion flower has ripened and we are not picking it now Only when we want to blow and scatter the seeds, children like to play with dandelions In our country, there is a "folk belief" that tea is only drunk when you are sick, oh man, I am always sick then. Although I am a huge coffee lover, I like to drink good tea. **Black elderberry (lat. Sambucus nigra)** In April, the black elderberry also begins to bloom. The flower is used for both juice and tea, here are my recipes We pick a few large lovage flowers, pour them with a couple of liters of water and let them sit for 24 hours. After 24 hours, drain them and let them cool down a bit. After that, we can serve juice, add a few drops of lemon or sweeten it to taste. For tea, pick a few flowers, leave them to dry, in the shade with a slight draft, then pour boiling water over the flowers, when it cools, strain and serve the tea **Mint** I also make juice and tea from mint Chop a few mint leaves, pour water over them and let them sit for a while Then drain, cool, arrange and enjoy I call it quick mint juice For a fuller flavor, bring water to a boil, add the mint pulp and cook for 5-15 minutes, strain and cool and then serve For tea, dry the mint leaves Then pour boiling water over them Strain and serve **Hibiscus** Fresh or dried hibiscus flowers can be used for this tea. You need 3 or 4 flowers for a cup of tea you must remove the green part of the flowers along with the stamens of the flower. Now wash it well in plain water. After this is done, boil the desired amount of water and turn off the stove after it starts boiling. Pour water into the bowl with the petals and let them soak for about 10 minutes. After they are soaked, you will notice that the color of the water has change. Strain and serve, sweeten to taste. I haven't made hibiscus juice yet, seen some suggestions for hibiscus lemonade I haven't tried it so I can't recommend anything. I'll let you know as soon as I do There are many more plants that I make juice and tea from I think I will write about them as they arrive I am waiting for aronia juice, strawberry juice ... Until then, Cheers [//]:# (!worldmappin 45.270570 lat 20.094815 long <DESCRIPTION GOES HERE> d3scr)
