I like posting on #Beer because here we don't just talk about a refreshing and palatable liquid; here, the beers have soul.

> That's why it's so important to share this "Dutch Windmill." Yesterday with my family, it was the first time I've had that brand, and it was doubly pleasant to discover that the beer's flavor came from a good Dutch brew and its name, translated into our language, is "Windmill."

I have a nephew who has lived in the US for a few years, but he hasn't lost the essence of Cuban tradition. When he comes, he tries to get the family together
for dinner somewhere quiet and cozy.

> As a preamble to dinner, while we wait for service, wherever it may be, we quickly order cold beers to cool off in the tropical climate. Amidst jokes, laughter, and sips, we catch up on our lives, past anecdotes, and the occasional future plan.

This time, by family consensus, we voted for a Creole restaurant at the western entrance to the city of Florida de Cuba; its name is "LOS RANCHOS," with its delicious cuisine and attentive service.

The dishes prepared there are exquisite. My nephew gave the lobster a hundred points, while I, a true guajira, opted for the tamales and the pork chop, all under the baptism and blessing of beer.

Me gusta publicar en #Beer porque aquí no solo se habla de un líquido refrescante y agradable al paladar, aquí las cervezas tienen alma.

> Por eso la importancia de compartir estás "Dutch windmill", ayer en familia , primera vez que consumo esa marca y fue doblemente agradable descubrir que el sabor de la cerveza procedía de un buen caldo holandés y su nombre traducido a nuestro idioma es "Molino de Viento".

Tengo un sobrino que hace algunos años reside en los EEUU, pero no ha perdido la esencia del cubano, cuando viene trata de reunir a la familia
para cenar en algún lugar tranquilo y acogedor.

> Cómo preámbulo a la cena mientras esperamos el servicio, en el lugar que sea, nosotros ni cortos ni perezosos, pedimos cervezas frias propia para aliviar nuestro tropical clima, así entre bromas, risas y sorbos nos ponemos al día de lo que acontece en nuestras vidas, anécdotas pasadas y algún que otro plan futuro 

Está vez en el consenso familiar votamos por un restaurante de comida criolla a la entrada de la ciudad de Florida de Cuba desde occidente; su nombre "LOS RANCHOS" con una sabrosa elaboración gastronómica y una atención esmerada.

Los platos que allí se elaboran, son exquisitos, mi sobrino le dió cien puntos a la langosta.

> Yo por mi parte, guajira al fin, me decanté por los tamales y la chuleta de cerdo, todo bajo el bautizo y bendición de la cerveza.
