I love this heavy bag workout! In this video I explain how to do the workout and then I share footage of us doing the full workout while I give commentary and tips.

Each round is split into two halves. The first half one partner leads by picking a technique and they have to do it ten times, then the partner copies them. In the second half you switch roles and the other person keeps picking techniques until the end of the round.

If you have more then two people keep changing partners to make every round different. Keep giving each other positive reinforcement, when you boost each other up everyone has a better workout.

Do your best to keep good technique through every round. As we get tired we are all at risk of lazy technique and that leads to two things, injuries or being knocked out! Don't sprint at the cost of correct technique, it's better to dial it back a gear and continue on at a pace where you can maintain good habits.

It's a really great cardio workout, you can't beat having a partner to push you harder on the heavy bag. This is a good routine for at least two people but you can do it with more people just like us.
