My perception
<div class=text-justify>

From my [previous post](https://peakd.com/enlightenment/@marveldesign/the-youyou-are-becoming-1), we got to realize that there are different types of mind frame in which people believe success could or can be achieved. But then you have got to know that to live on personality ethic is to focus on techniques.. and to focus on techniques is like cramming your way through school.

Sometimes you get by, perhaps even get good grades but if you don't pay the price day in and day out, you might never get to achieve true mastery of the subjects you wish to study and thereby developing an educated mindset.

In conclusion, it's always better to build one's character as that is the basis for anything related to people and success. Becoming a better version of ourselves innately before influencing outwardly but always remembering that one's personality also plays a very big part in how they achieve success.

You have to grow your attitude, how you communicate with others and also many other positive personality traits as you strive for success but never prioritize them to your character.. your character is the foundation of who you are as a person.

BOOK OF REFERENCE

I really did have a paradigm shift when I encountered this slip from a book titled *"7 Habits of highly effective people".* it is totally mind blowing and it has motivated me to create this little piece and I hope you got to learn something from it.

You can drop ur opinion on the comment section so we could discuss our thoughts.. it's nice having you here.
