About 2 weeks ago, I used [steeminvite](https://steemit.com/steemit/@pharesim/invite-your-friends-to-steem-steeminvite-com-now-live)  to create an account for one of my prospects, Ana ( @anastepp) and even wrote a [post](https://steemit.com/steem/@maryfavour/using-steeminvite-to-onboard-my-friend-ana-to-the-steem-blockchain) about it. The process was successful as shown below.

However,  there is a problem. Ana cannot access her steem account even with her **owner key,** which is the **password.** What do we do? Where do we go from here? Please, I need help as soon as possible (ASAP) and would appreciate your responses. Thank you in anticipation.
