As I said in some of my previous posts we may see some uptrend from BTC and then from ALTs too. Small pullback is here but so far all resistances are still active and there is no any confirmation of trend reversal. 

On this link you can see 4 important levels:

Closing above the lowest one would mean that there is some strength in current local uptrend and that there is chance for 6900-7100 area. 

2nd and 3rd resistances will be very hard to break because reentering 7k area wont be so easy for BTC at the moment. The 4th resistance is just there as an important level but it is hard to expect to be even tested!

I suggest you to take look at those price levels because these price levels are static and it is easy to monitor. You can combine RSI, other trend line, other indicators, what ever you want but to start analyzing you should start from basic and at the moment it is to determine important price levels. Then you should use other charting tools and indicator to see if there is chance for breakout or not.

At the moment I am monitoring 1st price level and if it gets broken I will start thinking of shorting in area around 2nd and 3rd resistance if I get strong bearish signs. At the moment it is too early to talk about that and we will need more daily candles to be formed to be able to predict where we can go.
