Razem z żoną wybraliśmy się do Rzymu żeby wreszcie zaczerpnąć trochę słońca i wyrwać się z wiecznie zachmurzonej w okresie zimowym Polski. W tym wpisie postaram się wam przedstawić informacje praktycznie co do tego wyjazdu. W kolejnych opiszę plan naszego zwiedzania. Na wstępie warto zaznaczyć, że Rzym jest bardzo popularnym kierunkiem dla turystów. Nawet na początku lutego były tam w wielu miejscach niesamowite tłumy ludzi. W Internecie znajdziecie bardzo dużo poradników dotyczących zwiedzania. Nam najbardziej pomógł https://www.kierunekwlochy.pl/rzym-wlochy/ Także, zaczynajmy! Swoją podróż zaczynamy z lotniska Rzym Ciampino. Żeby dostać się do centrum miasta najtaniej jest kupić w kasie na lotnisku bilet jednorazowy 100 minutowy za 1,5 euro (nie widziałem biletomatów). Za jego pośrednictwem korzystamy z autobusu linii 520, który dowiezie nas do stacji metra Cinecitta. Metro jest starsze i bardziej zaniedbane niż to w naszej rodzimej stolicy. Nazwy stacji są czytane przez lektora, ale generalnie ciężko cokolwiek zrozumieć. Trzeba to śledzić na bieżąco przez okno na każdej stacji 😊 Nasz nocleg rezerwowaliśmy za pośrednictwem booking.com w okolicy dworca Termini. To komunikacyjne ścisłe centrum. Trzeba uważać na kieszonkowców i meneli. Najgorsza jest najbliższa okolica dworca. Przy naszym noclegu na szczęście było już spokojnie. Noclegi przez Airbnb wychodziły drożej niż te z booking. Hoteli nie przeglądaliśmy, ponieważ podróżujemy budżetowo 😉. Podatek klimatyczny jest dość drogi, u nas aż 3 euro/osoba/ dzień. Noclegi dla polskiej kieszeni są dość drogie, nawet poza sezonem. Z samego Termini można poruszać się autobusem, metrem lub pociągiem. My jednak wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Szkoda tracić czasu na środki transportu jeżeli co kilkaset metrów można podziwiać coś pięknego. Wejście/ dostęp do większości atrakcji jest DARMOWY co jest niesamowite. Warto tu zaznaczyć, że płatne są min: - Kolosem, Forum Romanum oraz Palatyn- na jednym bilecie - Muzea Watykańskie Bilety należy rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem. Nawet poza sezonem. My tego nie zrobiliśmy, więc kiedyś musimy tam wrócić 😊 Z innych praktycznych uwag: - Ceny w sklepach są zazwyczaj 20-50% wyższe niż w Polsce. Większe markety znajdują się tylko na obrzeżach np. Lidl. Im mniejszy sklep tym ceny wyższe, jak z resztą wszędzie. Wino w kartonach do nabycia w większych sklepach - Ceny jedzenia zazwyczaj 10-12 euro w górę za makaron/ drugie danie. The cheapest way to get to the city center is to buy a single 100-minute ticket for 1.5 euros at the ticket office at the airport (I didn't see any ticket machines). The names of the stations are read by the lector, but generally it's hard to understand anything. Watch out for pickpockets and bums. The closest neighborhood to the station is the worst. Luckily for us, it was quiet. Accommodation through Airbnb was more expensive than those from booking.com. We did not review hotels because we travel on a budget 😉. The sojourn tax is quite expensive, with us as much as 3 euro / person / day. Accommodation for the Polish pocket is quite expensive, even off-season. From Termini itself you can get around by bus, metro or train. But we walked everywhere.
