Hello Everyone 💕 💞,



This is a great opportunity to relate to what is actually happening to the steem community as a whole this time again despite the fact that to me it a whole show drama but yet it continues forward on and on. I was asleep Friday night ( 13/3/2020) when I woke up at exactly 1:31am in the morning ( Saturday) to check out some trending post on Steem concerning the witness drama, Justin Sun @justinsuntron ( #Tron foundation) and more on Corona Virus exposure but to my surprise I saw the recent update by @theycallmedan where he said we should all come together to join this Contest initiative.
<a href="https://steemit.com/steem/@theycallmedan/what-does-decentralization-mean-to-me-initiative">What Does Decentralization Mean To Me Initiative</a>. For me, I had to reboot my system to actually get and make this happened before I joined the contest fully. 

With my newbies knowledge when I joined steem, I gave this question another definition which I know I am speaking for more than thousands of mind presently. **Decentralization** means **Freedom**. It means **Networking**. It means **Community** this three things are what Decentralization mean to me. I will further by simplifying it this way. 


# No 1. DECENTRALIZATION MEANS FREEDOM.

* Like you all know about all this steem drama with the current Steemit owner the person of Justin Sun, which I believe @modernpastor knew about this few days ago due to his absence from the Steem Community for a while, now he knows all what he missed. To me I found out that no one can execute a plan as a leader without putting consideration of his followers which I believe is Community first. Justin Sun happened to be one of the best investors, entrepreneur of huge private firm , yes we know this but when it comes to the community system you need to follow what your Community wants and dedicate to their power house intelligence. Being a leader needs more supportive hands of his Community ( STEEM ).

In hence Decentralization is connected to the freedom for your Community which is highly necessary and appreciated when acted and treated so well. 


# No 2.  DECENTRALIZATION MEANS NETWORKING

I chose Networking in this aspect because when you talk of decentralization you can not leave the complementary word called **NETWORKING** It goes hand in hand from my own perceptive, like in relation to Steem Community as a whole. You can never be an highland, Nope. You have to carry along the whole Community, that was what in the first place @ned did as a mistake which I think he made it forever where he sold out his own birth right to another investor for the sake of money and selfishness. He did not carry along the whole Steem Community, the Steem witnesses and even the Steemit team members the person of @gerbino, @andrarchy, @vandeberg (blockchain developer) and so many others who had to resigned from Steemit team after the commencement of the soft fork by @justinsunsteemit. So, we need to create an avenue for a positive networking for others and from others to make decentralization work out well and in perfect shape. You can never rule with a good networking strategy from the community. 


# Why Decentralization As Networking Is Important.

I believe in bringing others into the limelight of success so when I personally unlocked decentralization, it will work for good with networking aspect of the whole Community. It may not be easy as said but hard Positive effort will lead to success. 

Being in others shoes, you can never make a successful leader by imposing orders on people who you met somewhere as Community. It will definitely give a war warning and if care is not taken it will bring division of the whole Community into trash. 


# No 3. DECENTRALIZATION MEANS COMMUNITY.

When you want to make things decentralized you need to carry along your community. This is the first thing you needed to put into place and existence before anything else. Decentralization really appreciate more when Community is running well for good. You can not make it to a successful business highland just by being the boss but also carry along those under your cabinet at work. It is very simple but hard to practice. In this situation is when you know who really practice decentralization or Centralization on a business entrepreneur or as an individual investor. Ruling without the minds of the community brings division of the whole long term progress which has been made over the years.

Community is very essential just like a gas to the vehicle or air to life. One can not survive longer without another. Decentralization and Community. If you are practicing decentralization without the community what good does that brings? Or when you as a community do not make things easier or better in accessibility and transparency what does that decentralized?




# Why Decentralization Means Community Is Important


One can not truly survive without the other. When you try to make things decentralized and you keep ruling alone or in your own way it does not make a sense but rather brings closeness to setback to the community as a whole. So it is important to practice decentralization with the community to improve the quality of people who will invest in your Community or product for a very long term success.


# What I Think Are The Fundamentals Building Blocks Of Blockchain 


I will love to digress a little bit here again because it is very important to say that blockchain has a very wide open source which if care is not taken may leads to either a positive or negative misinterpretation. Blockchain own its own has a interface like the software developers, the blockchain Witnesses, the blockchain investors and more. So on this note some few fundamentals building blocks of the blockchain are 

* The authenticity of transactions. Here it means when the transactions on the blockchain is very transparent.

* Visibility which to me means distribution of database using a very effective and proper configuration.

* Consensus to mean. Using the power of Networking to verify so many things on the blockchain. Which I believe is the main future lead. 



This three things are needed to carry on effective the blockchain and also a good Community Communication skills. 

I will like to appreciate the existence of @theycallmedan for this great Initiative. I hope I have in one way impacted new knowledge into so many people out there. Special thanks to @steempeak for supporting the Initiative too.
