I feel like a teenage love affair, incredibly strong, rebellious and new. After extensive researches in human trafficking that nobody was willing to publish, a high ranking politician (involved in child abuse & trafficking) who sued me and lots of other struggles which made me finally realize that I was supporting human trafficking myself by simply being a part of "the media". This opaque web of stakeholders and investors who decide what's known and what stays a secret. 

The first post I published on steem ([While you discuss slavery from 200 years ago the German government is enslaving unemployed citizens](https://steempeak.com/welfare/@mayb/while-you-discuss-slavery-from-200-years-ago-the-german-government-is-enslaving-unemployed-citizens)) was still very much journalistic and lost in my highly opinionated state of mind, but you already notice the tiny cracks and hear the crackle in phrases like 
<center>«The real threat is happening, while we get played by the rules of divide and conquer by some elitist terrorists.»</center> 

But I was still living this old paradigm, divided and dependent, excellently depicted in my last words:

**I don't feel poor, anymore.** I don't feel powerless, nor polarized: I am colorful. I am grateful for the abundance I couldn't see before. Steem, crypto, and the blockchain played a big part in changing me. It is like an outward neuroplasticity tool that helps you leave your comfort zone. Learning so many new and positive things it is impossible to avoid making some progress. I've been heading towards different new shores thanks to steem and found lots of people that helped me grow by teaching me new stuff or simply supporting my mindset and encourage me. I've changed from depressive and lost to someone who loves herself and encourages others to do the same!
