Hi everyone!
‎
‎Today, I'm sharing my creamy kamote buchi recipe, with milk powder.
‎
‎This recipe is super easy to follow, and you'll surely love the result. You can enjoy this tasty snack with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee.
‎
‎It's also a great menu to try for breakfast!
‎
‎Here's what you'll need...
‎
### ‎Ingredients:
‎
‎• 2 medium boiled sweet potatoes
‎• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
‎• 1/4 cup sugar
‎• water
‎• cooking oil for frying
‎• 1/4 cup milk powder

### Recipe:
‎
‎I started by peeling the boiled sweet potatoes.

‎After that, I mashed them thoroughly in a bowl.

Then, I mixed it with all-purpose flour and sugar, stirring until it was well combined.

To achieve its right consistency, I added a little water, just enough to turn the mixture into a dough-like consistency.

Next, I took small portions of the dough and shaped them into small balls.

‎After that, I heated some cooking oil in a pan, then dropped the dough balls.

I fried them until they turned golden brown, flipping them occasionally to ensure they cooked evenly.

After frying, I transferred them to a bowl.
‎You can actually eat it this way. It will give you a crispy yet soft and sweet kamote buchi.

But because I want them to look more appetizing and enhance their flavor, I decided to coat them in milk powder. I rolled each piece while they were still warm.

And ta-da!

Your kamote snowballs are ready to be enjoyed.
‎
‎You can also try making this using the same recipe.
‎
‎I can imagine it if it had cheese inside. It would surely be a savory surprise.
‎
‎But since I didn't have cheese, the powdered milk coating brought its own creamy taste.
‎
‎So yeah. That's it for today! Hope you had fun.
‎
‎Until my next recipe...
‎
‎**Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸**
