Ingredients:
Chicken legs / Drumsticks 
Lemon juice - ¾ of a big lemon
Pepper powder - 1½ tsp
Salt

For the coating:
Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup
Cornflour - ½ cup
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Paprika / Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 2 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp

For 2nd coating:
Egg - 2
Salt
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
