We're building a social platform where content is monetized, but built entirely on bitcoin and utilizing our Smart Contract Oracle built from the Lightning spec.  I like the idea of democratizing content, and monetizing all content from individuals from all walks of life.

**I would not consider STEEM a direct competitor..personally.** As our end goals are far different as we hope to not just build a network; but a slew of open source tools that will empower future developers to build apps we haven't even thought of yet, to monetize online content. 

Yours allows you to post links and threads about anything, anywhere on the web, and be rewarded.

*That includes Steem posts as well. But, you'll earn bitcoin instead ;).*
