# Deep Dive into Terra Investment Opportunities - Loop Finance
I recently provided you an introduction into [Top ways to invest in Terra (Luna) Network](https://leofinance.io/@melbourneswest/top-ways-to-invest-in-terra-luna-network) which focused a the basic core ways to invest in the Terra (Luna) Network and which has been the most popular option for many on the network. The options presented in the previous article are also what one could deem the *Safest* way to invest. Today I wanted to delve a bit deeper into other options currently available as Terra (Luna) Network is still growing and much of it's ecosystem is still growing. But that doesn't mean there aren't bigger risks and better investment opportunities on hand.

Around 6 Months ago I introduced you to Loop Finance in [LOOP Finance DEX and LOOPR Luna Community Blog](https://leofinance.io/@melbourneswest/loop-finance-dex-and-loopr-luna-community-blog) which was just launching at the time. Since then the project has continued to grow with the development of partnerships [TERRAFORM LABS Partners with LOOP Finance for LOOP Bounties](https://leofinance.io/@melbourneswest/terraform-labs-partners-with-loop-finance-for-loop-bounties) which is now seeing authors rewarded in not only Loopr tokens but also native tokens of projects for articles they write in the bounty project. 

There is also further work with educational and tutorial developments on the platform with [LOOP LEARN: The Gateway to Crypto](https://leofinance.io/@melbourneswest/loop-learn-the-gateway-to-crypto) and more recently the current work underway to introduce the next generation of NFT utility with [LOOP FINANCE Launches NFT DeFi](https://leofinance.io/@melbourneswest/loop-finance-launches-nft-defi). 

But today I want to take a deeper look at the Decentralised Exchange (DEX) currently offered on Loop Finance as it is growing at an unrivalled rate. Currently the Loop token has significant utility but as Terra (Luna) Network itself is still young there aren't many investors currently participating so that means, better returns on your investment. 

In time, I think Loop Finance will be what Uniswap once was because at current there aren't many ways to leverage or invest on Terra (Luna) Network other than pairing native tokens with UST on their own platforms.

### Loop Pools 
At current [Loop Finance Pools](https://dex.loop.markets/pool#provide) have the largest spread of paired assets across the Terra (Luna) Network often paying higher returns than providing liquidity on the actual protocol sites. There are a few additional extras with the ability to pool UST with aUST being the first DEX to provide this pool and farm. 

Most recently Loop has continued to grow and develop it's staked assets to not only accept Terra (Luna) Network assets but many other assets available on the Cosmos chain with the latest arrival being Secret Network token that is pairable with either UST or Loop token.

Paired assets with Loop token will provide a higher Return on investment and at current Loop token is trading only at 0.08UST due to low utilisation and low participation in Loop Finance, for now. Low prices are often a turn away for many but they should be seen as opportunities not risks. 

Much or Terra (Luna) Network is still under utilised and as we mentioned earlier people are only just starting to come across and learning about the ecosystem. It won't be long until Loop Finance is discovered by many others.

### Loop Cosmos Pools 
The current Inter Blockchain Pools are also growing with ATOM and OSMOSIS recently added all of which are providing a higher rate of return than staking on their respective protocols. The benefit of Terra (Luna) Network being cross-chain means that these assets are easily and rapidly moved around from native to terra and visa versa cheaply. 

So you can always move your money around to access the best offer should things become unfavourable and the fact that many of these assets are paired with UST on their own chains means you're getting the same deal just better on Terra (Luna) Network.

### Where does Loop Finance rank? 
Out of all the current protocols on Terra (Luna) Network Loop Finance is ranked as the 9th most interacted application of new users in the past 90 days which in my opinion makes it a top 10 Terra protocol and I think we will see it grow in usage over the coming months.

Loop is delivering a whole new level of cross-chain Decentralised Finance (De-Fi) that we hadn't thought possible with previous renditions of blockchain technology. 

As Ethereum is starting to slow down and hasn't matched its all time high of google searches since November 2021 Terra (Luna) Network is starting to climb in the Google search ending results which means the blockchain is starting to grow in popularity and broader community awareness.
