The ludicrous lengths to which CPS will go to make up excuses for illegal seizures.
It's hard to believe the lengths to which "Child Protective" "Services" (CPS) will go to find some lame reason to give parents and caregivers for why they are seizing their children. One of the most ludicrous examples of this I have heard of is the case of a doctor named Christine Deeths from the Bakersfield California area (unless the case of mother Ragna Erlendsdóttir in the U.K. is even worse.)

One of the most unsubstantiated medical terms in the Western world is something known as "Munchausen syndrome by proxy," which is supposedly a rare psychological condition in which the parent or caregiver is so in need of attention that they fabricate physical or mental conditions in their children (or charges) and then travel all over to different doctor's offices and hospitals seeking help (and attention.) While this particular "condition" (if it even exists) is so rare it's crazy that CPS would even try to use it to take children from parents and caregivers, it is even rarer among well-educated professionals...like...HELLO...A DOCTOR!

But that's what CPS tried on Dr. Deeths. Unfortunately for them, they picked someone with the resources and the intelligence to fight back, and it cost the Kern County Taxpayers a cool $1.4 million in her eventual legal settlement because of it. Here is an article about this case:

Here is an excerpt:

"'My children will never be the same,' said the doctor, Christine Deeths. 'They lost their innocence the day they were taken. CPS stole that from them and it can never be replaced.' Deeth's daughter was 4 and her son 6 when a social worker took them away from their home. The allegation was that Deeths, a family practitioner, was harming her daughter by subjecting her to unnecessary medical treatments. That's a condition known as Munchhausen syndrome by proxy, an extremely rare mental disorder that some experts argue isn't even a real disorder. Theoretically, parents make up or exaggerate a child's ailments to get attention from the medical community.

Despite its rarity, Kern CPS has wrongly taken children and tagged parents with Munchhausen on several occasions."

Did you catch that...CPS tried to use a condition that is so rare that less than 1 person in 50 million is ever even diagnosed with it, and yet they tried to use it AGAINST A DOCTOR and several others in a county with a population of less than 1 million people. TAKE NOTE parents and others interested in CPS abuse--these people are SO rapacious and stupid that they will grasp at anything to take your kids, even rare diseases that aren't even real diseases.

Consider the sad case of poor little Ella Erlendsdóttir in England who was MURDERED BY VACCINE (by the admission of four different doctors, by the way):

https://healthimpactnews.com/2014/munchausen-syndrome-by-proxy-a-fake-psychiatric-disorder-used-to-medically-kidnap-children/

The silliness of this case is a close second to Dr. Deeths, because almost every medical person involved with the case KNEW AND ADMITTED that Ella had severe medical issues, and only made up the bogus Munchausen excuse (as a cover for the vaccine damage) after many doctors had already made detailed medical notes about the various medical conditions from which Ella suffered-- four of whom even specifically diagnosed it as vaccine injury! How anyone can be so brazen and stupid to say a parent fabricated diseases to get attention after already cataloguing the real AND SERIOUS (Ella later died of her injuries) medical conditions is beyond belief and ...let me coin my own new "disease"... a classic example of "CPS Protection Syndrome."

Here is how one person familiar with the Muchausen ABUSE SYNDROME within Britain describes the situation:

" Munchausen syndrome by proxy diagnosis lacks scientific validity. It is not a definitive category in the authoritative DSM IV (1994), only appearing in the appendix. Parents and professionals should be aware that there are many similar labels to MSBP, which include the following: somatisation disorder, abnormal illness behavior, folie a deux, pervasive refusal syndrome, hysteria, and factitious illness. Often the MSBP label will be combined with other labels. For example, a mother may be accused of both MSBP and shaken baby syndrome.

It is a recent and extremely controversial diagnosis (Allison and Roberts, 1998). Despite its highly controversial nature, MSBP is being used extensively in the medical profession, by social services, and in court.”

What should really grind the gears of the public is that CPS is getting away with these types of ludicrous assertions to the tune of MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of dollars in taxpayer-funded settlements, but it is this cozy relationship between "professional psychiatry" and the government child thieves that particularly irritates me. I am sure that psychiatry gets a few things right, from time to time, but in my opinion the "profession" is useless and does far more harm to society than good. Certainly though, the whole psychiatric discipline is a very handy "cover" for government fraud, waste and abuse, and it is a huge boon to the pharmaceutical industry as well (while everyone professional bandies about "Just say no to drugs" and other hokum they don't really believe in.)

Despite the enormous cost to taxpayers, I am glad that these two families won their cases and that the light is being shown, steadily and ever more brightly, on the absolute bonkers junk "science" that is routinely being used by CPS, globally, to try to underscore their self-given "privilege" to take children without a court order. The worm may finally be starting to turn, here. Keep the pressure on folks. Let's all share these articles and shine the light of truth on the stench and evil inherent in this current system.
